By using the services of nekoisfat (hereinafter: "the Platform"), operated by Nekoisfat B.V., located at Saidlaan 733, you agree to these terms. The Platform provides training and analysis in the field of market opportunities in luxury consumer goods and lifestyle investments, including margin optimization, logistics management of premium goods, and valuation of physical assets.
The Platform provides educational content and analysis tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Nekoisfat does not guarantee specific results, such as profit or value appreciation, and does not provide financial advice. All training is intended solely for information and education.
All content, including texts, graphics, and analyses, is the property of Nekoisfat B.V. or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written consent.
Nekoisfat B.V. is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to the Platform in the past 12 months.
You may not use the Platform for illegal purposes or in a way that disrupts its operation. You are required to keep your login credentials confidential. Your access may be terminated if you violate these terms.
Training is subject to the payment terms stated at the time of purchase. Cancellation is possible up to 14 days after purchase, provided the training has not yet started. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Nekoisfat reserves the right to change prices with reasonable notice.
Nekoisfat B.V. may unilaterally change these terms. Changes will be announced via the Platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
